5-Day Plan
This meal plan was created for those who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or other digestive problems. It calls for ingredients low in fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols. Each recipe is supported by research from Monash University to provide relief and excellent nutrition.

I’ve had a passion for food and nutrition for as long as I can remember. Specifically, I’m passionate about understanding the biochemistry of food and how it plays a role in our physiology.
This led me to become a registered dietitian (RD), functional medical nutritionist (FMN), and complete a nutrition internship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I’ve dedicated years of my career to helping people manage chronic conditions through nutrition and a whole-you wellness approach.
